Thse guys are awesome. It took them awhile to reply to my billing e-mail though, because they were at Yaoicon... But the shipping was fast, and their books are very nice. House many small circles, and almost all their doujinshi is under ten dollars.
Chibi Shop
I was going to order from them, but I never got around to it. It's based in Europe so the shipping will be a bit much if you live in the states. :/ The stuff is cheap though, and there are a lot of series to choose from.
Doki Doki Station
They have a lot more stuff than just doujinshi, but they are kind of expensive. Haven't ordered from them yet, but I've been watching and wishing to order from them for a long time.
Ebay
Not the best way buy doujinshi, but it's still a good place to buy from. I've been noticing that there have been some for real cheap lately ($3.00-$6.00 being cheap)... But you need to keep a close eye on it near the last few minutes. There are some bloodhounds out there I tell you.
Fisheye's Mall
Probably THE best place I've come across. I've gotten stuff from him twice on Ebay, and I'm contemplating on buying off the site. They have rare stuff for wicked cheap, and it makes me want to like... Explode with happiness. :D Check it out, NOW. His ebay SN is "magicalgirl.com".. Make sure to check out his cheap as hell doujin lots. D:
Happy Otaku
His selection is huge, he replys fast, and the payment method is convenient for a person like me. :D He's really good, and I recommend him. Bit expensive, but the selection makes up for it.

He has over 300 pages of doujinshi's for sale, but the odds of getting 'em before somebody else is kind of slim. I've actually ordered from him off Ebay, and he's GREAT. I think he sent me the doujinshi before he even got my payment. O.o; Now THAT'S a good guy. :D
Mandarake Japan
The doujinshi's here are EXTREMELY cheap, but you need a credit card to order from them. I'm out of luck from them. :/
Phenix Sol Project E-Shop
She's very good. They have a few different series (Xenogears being the best :3), and are kind of cheap. She's fast to buy from, and the shipping cost ain't bad. Highly recommended.
